Brazil Bourbon Collection
Blending Yellow and Red Bourbon to make a coffee that nature has yet to produce. Yellow Bourbon is native to Brazil and it spontaneously mutated from the Red Bourbon.
The coffee bean comes from the Sub-Region of Cerrado. It is a vast tropical area in Central Brazil.
Cup Characteristics: In the cup the blending of the two creates intense aromatic of molasses and chocolate with a hint of spiciness and citrus, combined to introduce an amazing elegant coffee. Chocolate-covered fruits, with a touch of spice and caramel sweetness are complimented by its moderate fruit acids and unfold in a full bodied cup, with lingering syrupy velvety finish.
