Guatemala Campamento Alto
This coffee comes from a farm called La Esperanza but the micro lot on the farm is in the Northern part of Guatemala very close to Mexico.
Aurelio Villatoro is the owner of the coffee farm. Aurelio was born into coffee. As a child, he dedicated himself to studies, and when he finished school he became a mechanic and returned to Finca La Esperanza, his father's farm. In 1986he founded his own farm called Villaure a combination of his first and last names.
Cup characteristics: In the cup you will get deep, chocolate fragrance, mild aroma, high honey-like sweetness, dried fruits, rum, luxardo cherry, nutty after taste.
