San Juan Sacatepequez is a 150-acre farm nestled on the southern slopes of Volcan de Agua. It is managed by Luis Pedro Zelaya, whose family has owned this estate for four generations. The coffee is grown under the shade of grevillea trees, and the entire farm is managed using sound environmental and sustainable practices. After the coffee is hand-picked, it is processed at the farm's own mill and then sun-dried, which produces a nice rounded character to the coffee.
