Peru FTO Cenfrocafe Norte
Peru FTO Cenfrocafe Norte is sourced from family owned farms organized around the Central Fronteriza del Norte de Cafetaleros (Cenfrocafe), which is an umbrella cooperative established in 1999 that supports 80 organizational and 2000 coffee producers. Cenfrocafe provides training and financing aimed at improving coffee quality and yields to increase farmers earning.
This coffee comes from the San Ignacio, Cajamarca Region which is in the far North West corner of Peru.
Cup characteristics will include Caramel apple, Blood orange, pecans and plums.
Whole Bean: 100% Arabica
Roast level: Medium
Recommended brew method: Aeropress, pour over, auto-drip, French press. Works as single origin espresso also.
