NCCL is the largest estate in Zambia with 5 farms. They produce carefully managed top grade single estate washed & natural Arabic beans.

NCCL has a visible commitment to a sustainable future by offering education, building schools, having a dispensary for medication, empowering women, and offering housing for 200 families on 5 estates.

The process that the Red Cherries are picked and dried enhances the natural flavours and refines the sweetness, body, and acidity in the coffee. The chocolate, cocoa, caramel, and fruit flavours become more prominent.

Cup characteristics: Powerful perfume aroma, sweet intense red berry flavour with notes of red wine, smooth finish with a soft mouthful.

Whole bean, 100% Arabica

Roast Level: Medium

Recommended brew method: Aeropress, pour-over, auto-drip, French press. It can be brewed as a single-origin espresso.
