Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Gelana Abaya
The Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Gelana Abaya is sourced from small family-owned farms located in Gelana and Abaya wore das. These two wore das are located in the Boreda zone within the Oromia Region which is in the far south west part of Ethiopia.
These beans are dried for 10-12 days until the moisture in the coffee beans is reduced to 11.5 percent. Then the beans are transported to Addis Ababa, the capital of Ethiopia, to be milled and bagged prior to export.
In the cup, you will taste some Jasmine, Honey and lovely flavors of lemon and lime.
