Ethiopia Yirgacheffe 1 Natural Aramo


This coffee is grown in the Aramo Region which is in the Southwest part of Ethiopia in the Gedeo Zone.
Ethiopia Yirgacheffe 1 Natural Aramo is sourced from family-owned farms. The Gedeo Region is named after the Gedeo people who are indigenous to this area. The Aramo Mill receives ripe cherries from 650 small coffee farmers. The cherries are placed on raised drying beds in thin layers. The cherries are turned every 2 to 3 hours in the first few days to avoid over fermentation and mold growth.

In the cup, you will taste Fruit Leather, Caramel, Apple Butter and Raspberries.

Whole bean: 100% Arabica

Roast level: Medium

Recommended brew method: Aeropress, pour over, auto-drip, French press. Can be brewed as single-origin espresso.
