Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Natural Idido Gersi Kebele
Indido Gersi Kebele beans are dried naturally on raised beds and dried over a period of 15 to 20 days. The raised drying beds are carefully constructed to ensure proper air circulation and temperature control for an optimal drying process. Cherries are also turned regularly on the beds to prevent damage during the drying process.
This coffee is sourced from family-owned farms in the Gedeo zone, Southern part of Ethiopia. Coffee is not just a cash crop there; its a way of life.
In the cup, you will get hints of strawberries and cream, boysenberry and licorice.
The body and acidity are present in nice balance and the aftertaste is lovely.
