Ethiopia Yiracheffe 1 Banko Fuafuate
Wote Konga is an expertly processed natural coffee from a group of a few hundred farmers in the Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia. The coffees are heirloom varietals, native to the forests of Ethiopia, where Arabica originates. Natural processing involves drying the whole coffee cherry in the sun on raised beds for weeks before stripping the fruit. This results in more lively fruit flavors and aromas, and fuller body. Only the very best cherries are kept for the final lot, ensuring uniform high quality throughout.
In the cup, the coffee is full and balanced, with lovely fruit flavors and aromas: stone fruits, soft berries, melon, jam, fruit pastry, and a constant underlying nutty milk chocolate quality. It's delicious from start to finish and hot to cold.
