Ethiopia Yirgacheffe - 1 Natural Konga LIMITED ADDITION (While Supplies Last)
Ethiopia Yirgacheffe 1 Konga is produced by small coffee producers organized around the Konga Mill in the Yirgacheffe zone of Ethiopia, which is in the south west part of Ethiopia.
Ripe cherries are carefully selected at the Konga Mill and and immediately placed on raised beds and dried over a period of 15-20 days. The cherries are also turned regularly on beds to prevent damage during the drying process.
In the cup, the coffee has a classic natural-processed Yirgacheffe character: strawberries, boysenberries, jammy fruit, with a smooth finish.

Recommended brew method: Aeropress, pour over, auto-drip, French press. Can be brewed as single-origin espresso.
