Tanzania Peaberry LIMITED OFFERING
This Tanzania Peaberry comes to us from the Northwestern Mora Region of Tanzania.
After being carefully hand-picked by smallholder farmers it is brought to a factory where it is processed by a disc pulper. After pulping, the coffee is fermented overnight to increase the proteins and amino acids, which in turn heightens the complexity of the acidity.
